We chase hops. Not varieties, specific lots. We work with specialty growers around the world to find the ones worth building an entire beer around. Ultra Hopped Ale is what happens when that obsession comes together: vivid hop character, real balance, beer that asks you to slow down and pay attention. The chase is the whole point.
